27 Inch iMac Story

I want to send a shout out to the Apple Store West Farms in Connecticut. I have been shopping their for years, and all and all have bought 17 Apple computers over the years. I keep going back because of ongoing customer service experiences.
Recently Apple debuted their stunning new 27in iMac. Unfortunately for me, I had purchased two of the 24in predecessors just a couple of weeks prior to it's launch. I happen to be in the store picking up the new Final Cut Pro Studio upgrade when one of the Genus' asked me what I thought of the new 27in iMac. I said, they look impressive, but that I was bummed because I had just purchased 2 of the older models. Without blinking, they offered to replace them with the new model.
Apple does indeed have a 14 day return policy, but as a business owner, I never would have asked for the upgrade. But, with Apple I didn't have to, they just stepped up and it was a surprise once again. This isn't the first time I have had such an incredible experience with Apple either. I always buy Apple Care whenever I buy a system because it is the only reliable extra warranty I have ever purchased. Years back I had a power PC tower that was having a few glitches. Due to Apple Care, it was replaced by a new 8Core tower simply because the part they needed was delayed and they didn't want to make me wait.Many know that I am a fan of Apple Computers, but the reasons behind my use of their product come down to customer service. Truth is I have several PC's, but if they break there is no one to turn to for service that compares. Apple you rock.. Thank you for the recent incredible service.
